Louise Nicholson, the owner and managing director of Superstars, began her business as a mother of two. Before starting Superstars, Louise worked in the high-security Prison Service as a dog handler for eleven years, becoming the first female in the Prison Service to pass the Police accreditation for both general-purpose and drug dogs.
Louise first learned to deliver sports sessions at HMP Belmarsh’s Cat A Unit, mainly Volleyball. After having her second child, and struggling with shift work, Louise decided to start her own business, and Superstars was born.
For nearly two decades, Superstars has grown to deliver Holiday Camps, Sports Sessions, School Work, Playschemes, Wraparound Care, Camping in Schools and Football Festivals across 24 venues in the North West.
